We use Uplands Chicken Livers at RAE’S in Margaretville and we can tell the difference in flavor and cooking preparation. Get those chicken parts from Ryan and Alexis and make your mouth and tummy happy just like Rae would want.

Excellent for Pate

I picked up these chicken livers from the Delhi Farmers market! I was inspired to make pate for the first time and it turned out perfect--a big hit to bring along to a summer party. Definitely will be doing again!
