We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we cannot accept physical returns of perishable goods, we are happy to offer exchanges or refunds if you are not satisfied for any reason. Our policy is to ensure your experience with Uplands meets the highest standards.
Requesting a Refund or Exchange
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange. To start the process, please contact us at support@uplands.co with your receipt, order number or proof of purchase and description of the issue.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right, whether through a refund or an exchange.
Exceptions
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept physical returns of perishable goods. Additionally, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us at support@uplands.co.
Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange your product for a comparable item. Contact us at support@uplands.co to initiate the process, and we’ll provide further instructions.
Refunds
If you prefer a refund, we will notify you once your request has been reviewed and approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
