These breasts are suited to the meals that make up most of the week: cutlets, grilling, quick sautés, roasting, poaching, soup, or simply cooking ahead.

Raised on our pasture in Meredith, New York, in shelters moved to fresh ground every day. They forage for grass, clover and bugs, and are fed organic grain grown and milled in New York. No antibiotics, ever.

phenomenal breasts

got you with that title, eh? but they were so juicy and tasty, sliced in half and marinated in whatever we found in the spice cabinet that seemed tasty, and grilled. when buying them at Delhi farmer’s market, i had a good chat with the proprietor about our dogs, and ended up buying some ground chicken pet food, which my dog gulped lustily as a topper on her regular kibble.

You can tell the difference in the taste.

All you need is a simple marinade or dry rub on the breasts. We’ve purchased twice so far. we are eating less meat so spending a little extra money on this quality meat is well worth it. We are sold on the quality of this Product and Service. A follow-up text was received from the owners to update us on the delivery and again to check on the quality once received. That's a Service uncommon these days. On to the Quality, my husband said that it doesn't even taste like chicken it's SO GOOD! So fresh and moist. What a gift, thank you!

HANDS DOWN the best chicken in my town. Every week I have the pleasure of shopping at the Delhi Farmers Market and getting my favorite chicken from Uplands Farm and Gardens. If you haven't visited with Ryan at the Delhi Farmer's Market on Wednesdays and you are still buying grocery store chicken...you are doing it all wrong!
