Pasture-Raised Chicken Sausage

Our sausages are made from a blend of light and dark meat from pasture-raised chickens, stuffed in all-natural sheep casings. 

Available Varieties:

• Breakfast Sausage
  Mild and classic breakfast sausage flavor.
  Ingredients: Salt, dextrose, pepper, sage, and other spices.

• Hot Italian Sausage
  Spicy and aromatic Italian.
  Ingredients: Salt, spices (including red pepper & fennel), paprika.

• Sweet Italian Sausage
  Subtle sweetness, classic Italian flavor.
  Ingredients: Salt, Spices (Including Fennel, Pepper, Anise), Paprika, Garlic Powder, Natural Spice Extractives (Including Paprika).

• Chicken Bratwurst
  Traditional and savory.
  Ingredients: Salt, pepper, dextrose, nutmeg, and other spices.

• Andouille
  Cajun!
  Ingredients: Salt, Spices (Including Mustard Seed, Red Pepper, Black Pepper, White Pepper), Dehydrated Onion, Corn Syrup Solids, Sugar, Garlic Powder, Parsley.

• Jalapeno Bratwurst
  Ingredients: Dehydrated Vegetables (Bell Pepper, Green Onion, Jalapeno Pepper, Garlic), Salt, Spices, Whole Mustard Seed, Parsley, Natural Spice Extractives.

All varieties contain <2% soybean oil used as a mixing aid.
