Pasture-Raised Chicken Sausage

Our sausages are made from a blend of light and dark meat from pasture-raised chickens, stuffed in all-natural sheep casings. No fillers, no preservatives — just  seasoning and well-raised birds.

Available Varieties:

• Breakfast Sausage
  Mild and classic breakfast sausage flavor.
  Ingredients: Salt, dextrose, pepper, sage, and other spices.

• Hot Italian Sausage
  Spicy and aromatic Italian.
  Ingredients: Salt, spices (including red pepper & fennel), paprika.

• Sweet Italian Sausage
  Subtle sweetness, classic Italian flavor.
  Ingredients: Salt, fennel, pepper, sugar, and other spices.

• Chicken Bratwurst
  Traditional and savory.
  Ingredients: Salt, pepper, dextrose, nutmeg, and other spices.

All varieties contain <2% soybean oil used as a mixing aid.
