About our chicken:

Our chickens are raised in a way that allows chickens to be chickens. They're moved on to fresh pasture daily, sometimes twice a day, foraging on perennial grasses and forbs, scratching the ground hunting for insects, worms and snails, expressing their instinctual behaviors. They're fed a super-high quality organic feed grown and milled locally in New York State, given no hormones or antibiotics ever, and we think our dedication to animal welfare and quality of life rewards us with delicious flavor and enhanced nutrition.
